1. A thick and dense pure zinc layer covers the surface of the steel, which can prevent the steel substrate from coming into contact with any corrosive solution and protect the steel substrate from corrosion. In the general atmosphere, a thin and dense layer of zinc oxide is formed on the surface of the zinc layer, which is difficult to dissolve in water and therefore plays a certain protective role on the steel substrate. If zinc oxide forms insoluble zinc salts with other components in the atmosphere, the anti-corrosion effect is more ideal.

The pre-galvanized coating is less prone to chipping, cracking, or wearing away during the fabrication process compared to post-galvanized products. This maintains the integrity of the zinc layer and provides superior long-term corrosion resistance.
